Richard Evans grew up in Harlech, Wales. After winning prizes at the Urdd National Eisteddfods, he continued at the Royal College of Music. Later teachers included Bernard Roberts and Peter Katin. He has just completed his debut CD. He is now the youngest adjudicator at the National Eisteddford. He is recognised as a fine interpeter of Chopin.
